With over 25 years of experience in the research industry, Ned is driven by a passion for uncovering data-driven insights that drive business growth. Having worked extensively on both the client and consultant sides of the business, Ned possesses a deep understanding of strategic insights necessary for executives to enhance their market presence, competitive edge, and client relationships. Ned has helped numerous Fortune 500 firms in over 20 industries – including financial services, high tech, e-commerce, health care, telecom, and real estate. Ned holds an MBA in Marketing from Babson’s FW Olin Graduate School of Management, and a BS in Accounting from State University of New York at Plattsburgh.

She earned a BA from The Ohio State University and an MBA from Capital University.

With Research Collaborative, Jonathan has conducted detailed side-by-side product benchmarking, assessing competitive differentiators and positioning, value propositions, and strategy of firms across the financial services sector, ranging from major global players to emerging fintechs. Jonathan holds a BA in Cognitive Science from Northwestern University.

Having spent many years on the client side, Susan understands the importance of delivering reliable insights that will be easily leveraged throughout the organization. Susan has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.S. from Harvard University.

An acclaimed leader in the field of data analytics, Karl has broad experience in consulting that includes analytic strategy and leadership, predictive modeling, statistics, data mining, direct marketing, CRM and primary market research. Karl and his Rexer Analytics team have delivered analytic solutions to dozens of companies, including customer attrition measurement and prediction, segmentation, campaign targeting and measurement analytics, loyalty/satisfaction drivers development, sales forecasting, product allocation optimization, market basket analysis, product cross-sell modeling and text mining. Karl holds a B.A. from The Ohio State University and a PhD in a Experimental Psychology from the University of Connecticut.

Palma Puzzuoli is a seasoned moderator with a deep understanding of research design and organizational implementation. She is highly skilled in engaging with B2B and B2C respondents, including C-level executives, doctors, financial advisors and HNW individuals. Palma’s expertise spans a wide range of qualitative research methodologies including focus groups, in-depth interviews, online boards and enthographic research. Prior to her consulting work, Palma has held leadership positions at leading multi-national financial institutions and insurance companies (Health and P&C). Palma holds an MBA in Marketing from Seton Hall University and a B.A. in Behavioral Science from Drew University. She is fluent in French and has working knowledge of Italian.
